Rudy - DOC

Coach Rudy serves as the Director of Coaching for the Roadrunners and leads the 2015 Boys team, bringing an impressive and diverse coaching background to the club. From high school programs to personal training, and even as part of the USA Women’s Futsal coaching staff, he has cultivated a reputation for developing talented, well-rounded players.

Throughout his career, Coach Rudy has guided teams to championships and state finals, emphasizing technical skill, tactical awareness, and mental toughness. His leadership style combines a deep understanding of the game with a passion for mentoring young athletes, ensuring each player grows both on and off the field.

With Coach Rudy at the helm, the 2015 Boys team is poised for a season of growth, achievement, and the pursuit of excellence.

Monike - Club Registrar

From administrative work to coaching and serving as a dedicated team-manager she has contributed in every way possible, making her a familiar and trusted presence for players and families alike.

Always happy to help and quick with a smile, Monike is the friendly face who ensures Roadrunner families feel supported and connected. Whether answering questions, assisting with registrations, or lending a helping hand wherever needed, she embodies the warmth, community spirit, and family values that have defined the Roadrunners since its founding.

Brenda - Media Specialist

Volunteering her time to ensure that every Roadrunner player feels the love and recognition they deserve. With a keen eye for storytelling and a passion for celebrating youth soccer, she highlights the achievements, hard work, and spirit of our athletes across the club’s social media platforms.

Always enthusiastic and supportive, Brenda helps connect the Roadrunner community, keeping families, players, and fans informed and engaged. Her dedication ensures that the energy and accomplishments on the field are shared and celebrated by all.

Devony

Coach Devony is a true Roadrunner through and through. She first joined the club as a middle school player, wearing the Roadrunners jersey all the way through high school. During those years, she developed not only her skills on the field but also a deep love for the game and the strong sense of community the club is known for.

Now, she’s come full circle—stepping into her first coaching role as the head coach for the 2018 team. She’s passionate about helping her players grow, instilling confidence, teamwork, and a competitive spirit while making sure they enjoy every moment on the field.

Her journey from player to coach is a testament to the Roadrunner tradition of developing leaders, and she can’t wait to guide the next generation of players to success.

Adrian

Now in his second year with the Roadrunners, Coach Adrian brings a lifetime of passion for the game and a wealth of experience to the field. Inspired by his father, he grew up immersed in soccer, eventually earning opportunities to try out for various USL and MLS teams and competing at the semi-professional indoor level.

For the 2017 team, his vision is focused and ambitious: build a solid foundation at the bronze level and, within two years, rise to the gold bracket. With a talented, hardworking squad and a shared commitment to growth, Coach Adrian believes the team is well on its way to achieving that goal—developing not just as athletes, but as a united, confident group.

Orlando

Coach Orlando brings several years of coaching experience to the Roadrunners, making this his first season with the club. Over the years, he has developed a strong reputation for his ability to connect with players, teach the game with clarity, and inspire teams to play with both skill and heart.

Now leading the 2016 Boys team, Coach Orlando is excited to bring his passion for soccer, commitment to player growth, and competitive spirit to the Roadrunner family. His coaching philosophy focuses on building a solid foundation of technical skills, fostering teamwork, and encouraging each player to reach their full potential—while keeping the game fun and engaging.

Kyle

Coach Kyle brings discipline, leadership, and determination to the field—qualities honed through his military background and years of coaching experience. His time in service instilled a strong work ethic, clear communication, and a commitment to helping others reach their potential, traits he now channels into developing young athletes.

With several years of coaching soccer under his belt, Coach Kyle is ready to tackle this season head-on. Leading the 2016 Boys team, his goal is to push the players to new heights—improving their skills, building their confidence, and fostering a true team-first mentality.

Sam

Coach Sam joined the Roadrunners during her high school years, quickly making an impact on the field with her hard work, determination, and love for the game. After graduating, she continued in college, and she returned to the club as an assistant coach, always willing to jump in wherever she was needed and lend a helping hand.

Now, she’s stepping into her own as the head coach for the 2015 Girls team. Known for her positive energy and readiness to support her players and fellow coaches, Coach Sam is excited to lead her own team. Her coaching style focuses on building confidence, fostering teamwork, and helping each player grow both on and off the field.

Her journey from player to assistant, and now to head coach, reflects her dedication to the Roadrunner family and the sport she loves. It has been a honor to watch her grow and we are excited to see her in this new chapter!

Justin

Coach Justin returns to the Roadrunners for his third season, bringing years of coaching experience and a strong commitment to helping players grow both mentally and physically. He leads his 2012 Girls team with a focus on skill development, confidence, and teamwork, aiming to take them to new heights this season.

Even while his family has faced unimaginable circumstances, Coach Justin has remained dedicated to his players, demonstrating resilience, strength, and an unwavering passion for the game. His coaching philosophy blends technical training with personal growth, ensuring his athletes are prepared for challenges on and off the field.

With Coach Justin at the helm, the 2012 Girls team is set for a season full of growth, achievement, and the true Roadrunner spirit.

Coach Ray is joining the Roadrunners for the first time, bringing a wealth of coaching experience and a proven track record of developing young athletes. She currently coaches at Maryvale Prep, where she has guided high school players to reach their full potential on and off the field.

Now leading the Roadrunners’ high school girls team, Coach Ray is excited to combine her expertise with her passion for player growth. She focuses on building strong fundamentals, fostering teamwork, and encouraging players to challenge themselves while enjoying the game.

With her dedication and experience, Coach Ray is ready to help the Roadrunners’ high school girls team achieve new levels of skill, confidence, and success.
